This privacy notice explains in detail the types of personal data Real Robotics may collect about you when you interact with us. It also explains how we’ll store and handle that data, and keep it safe. This Privacy policy will need to be updated from time-to-time in line with General Data Protection regulations.

The information on this page refers to pages on and other data handling by the organisation – if you have any queries, please contact us.

Like most websites, we store information about your visit in the form of ‘cookies’. The cookies help us to tailor our website to your preferences. Cookies are placed on your computer, which provide information about how you use the site. This information is used statistically and the cookies, do not gather personal information about you and do not allow us access to your computer.

For example, we use Google Analytics cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps us analyse data about web page traffic (the number of visitors and how visitors move around the site when they are using it).

External Sites:
We can take no responsibility for third party groups or companies recommended / mentioned on this site. We are not responsible for the content of external websites which are linked from pages on the Real Robotics website, including websites of our partners. We do our best to make sure everything is as it should be. Let us know if you spot something, which you think shouldn’t be on the site.

Pages on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, maps, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the same way, as if you had visited the other website directly. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

An example of this would be if you watch a You Tube video embedded on this site, and you are logged into your personal Google account. Google will track the viewing of the You Tube video, just as if you were viewing the video on the You Tube website.

Your Data:
In specific situations, we collect and process your data with your consent.
For example, when you use the contact us form. 

All data we receive via the Real Robotics website will only be used for the purpose expressed on the particular form. We won’t pass on your personal details to third-parties (exceptions to this are listed below). By contacting Real Robotics, you won’t be added to any mailing lists unless you positively choose to do so.

Who we share your data with:
This website is hosted in the UK. You can read the privacy policy of the hosting company here. Emails hosted on servers within the E.U. You can read their privacy policy here. It’s possible that emails we receive could be viewed via Googlemail or other similar service, in which case your email, would be visible to these services. Read Google’s Privacy Policy here.

Web developers/designers who work on this site will be able to see any data submitted via the site. We currently use Design Now, and you can read their terms here.

What personal data do we collect from you:
If you contact us, we will ask for your Name, email address, contact numbers and preferred method of contact, and possibly informations such as your employment history etc. 

What are your Rights over your personal data?
You have the right;
. To request access to the personal data we hold about you, free of charge.
. To the correction of your personal data when incorrect, out of date or incomplete.
. That we stop any consent based processing of your data after you withdraw that consent.
. Right to be forgotten. Under Article 17 of the GDPR individuals have the right to have their personal data erased.

Retention of your personal data:
We will delete your data, once a particular enquiry has been resolved. We will store your contact details and details of any projects indefinitely, whilst there is the need for us to communicate.
